WHO IS IN CHARGE

Who is running who?? They say C.Mcgrath is president and owner of CJ&M and also V.P.of jack Cooper? If this is true how does that work and that is a little scary as we all know cj&m is non-union. So anyone with info please spill it as this is very interesting as union heads are saying they are losing work to non-union companies and this does not look good!!!!!!!
